In order that all
staff and customers are treated with equality and fairness and that
their treatment is based solely on objective criteria, the organisation

policies and procedures. The organisation will implement its policy
through a Quality Performance Group, which will monitor and evaluate
the policy, produce an annual report for management and, where appropriate,
present recommendations for further improvement.
SSL will conduct business
with all individuals and companies in need of it’s’
products and services. Under those circumstances where SSL come
to learn about poor practice or adherence to E.O. legislation, SSL
will reserve the right to withdraw from a contract.

a healthy working environment. SSL will deal with, all forms of
offensive, threatening and inappropriate behaviour firmly and swiftly:
A. All staff (both
accused and victim) will be informed of those individuals who they
can approach for support.
B. SSL will ensure
all support staff are appropriately trained.
C. If a compliant cannot
be resolved amiably, the matter can be taken to the Quality Performance
Steering Group (QPSG) for arbitration and resolution.
D. If the QPSG cannot
resolve a situation, the Managing Director will make a final decision.
