Sookshma Software Limited (SSL) is on target to become a major provider of IT Services and Office Stationary. SSL seeks to maximise opportunities for the provision of services and solutions, which can help to reduce environmental impacts, and which may provide significant environmental benefits. Using our IT expertise, electronic communication and information sharing has virtually replaced the use of paper, contributing significantly to environmental protection and resource conservation.

Even as a small company, we recognise however that in our day-to-day operations we inevitably impact on the environment in a number of ways and we are committed to minimising the potentially harmful effects of such activity wherever and whenever possible.

This policy statement provides the framework on which our environmental programme is based. This enables us to set targets and measure progress as well as strive for continuous environmental improvement.

We will also ensure that SSL’s joint ventures and other partners are aware of this policy and promote the principles of sound environmental practice.
SSL have taken specific steps to ensure every member of staff understands this policy and their responsibilities therein.

The company’s Quality Performance Steering Group (QPSG) monitors, evaluates and reviews performance. The chairperson of this group has personal responsibility for this policy and produces an annual report on progress.
